We are looking for a Full Time, JavaScript Developer who is proficient with NodeJS.

Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities:

Developing new user-facing features using React.js
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Writing Database Scripts and Queries
Occasionally handling the duties of a full-stack developer
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment, working with the project from specification to user acceptance.
Must be able to adhere to programming and development schedules, customer requirements, tactical and strategic product goals.
Must be self-motivated and extremely reliable.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software release stages and requirements
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
5+ years of JavaScript development
2+ years as a full-stack developer
Experience with different source/revision control methodologies, such as GIT
Scalability / Redundancy / High volume environments
5+ years of JavaScript development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Node, JS)
Knowledge of other modern languages (Python & Go)
Experience with databases
Experience with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiar with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with code versioning tools; such as Git
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Experience with Linux
Azure
Knowledge of Jenkins
