Our client is looking for a Web Development Manager to assume a pivotal role in leading our dynamic web development team. **Must be authorized to work in the US and must reside in one of 12 states (see below)! (NO SPONSORSHIP provided.)

Web Development Manager Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a web development team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Work closely with the solutions architect to translate architectural designs into efficient web solutions.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
Implement coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code for long-term sustainability.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, quality assurance, and stakeholders.

Web Development Manager Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of proven web development experience, with a strong background in leading and managing development teams
Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Experience with backend technologies and databases (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
Successful project management experience using Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.

Web Development Manager Compensation

$150k - $175k salary, 5% annual bonus
80%+ Employer Medical coverage (including prescription and vision plans)

Paid Time Off (PTO) programs (7 Federal; 4 Floating that must be used in the year; 2 Week PTO starts accruing on day 1 and can roll over; 6 Sick Wellness Days that will also roll over).
