IMCI Technologies has an immediate opening for a senior full stack Java developer with good knowledge of web-based application development.

Required Core Competencies

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for design and development of web-based management software in support of IMCI products.

Prepare & maintain architectural documentation
Java development
Web software development
Testing

The selected applicant must have the ability to obtain and maintain favorable background investigation status and be drug free.

Educational Requirements

A BS candidate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Familiarity with Network Management Software platforms is a plus

The candidate must be highly capable of resolving a broad range of customer requests for problem resolution and service requests in a timely manner. The candidate must be able to independently analyze customer requirements and enable appropriate solutions to meet expected service levels. Technical knowledge coupled with effective written and oral communication skills is a must.

Java Development

Extensive experience with J2SE, JDK, and J2EE
Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate
Debugging experience

Database Development

Proficient in SQL, on databases such as My SQL, SQL Server
Familiar with stored procedures, triggers, indexes, and views
Database schemas design
Integration of database access into web-based UIs
Optimization of query performance, imports and exports, and database tuning

Web Application Development

Familiar with REST API Development
Experience with HTML, CSS, Java Script
Experience with React JS, Type Script

Web Design

Web-based UIs for commercial products and corporate extranets
Storyboards and wireframes, as well as design specifications
Usability testing to ensure site quality
