Job Summary:

My client is looking for an accomplished and experienced frontend developer with a good understanding of modern development principles and practices who can contribute to development for our new product. You would be someone who can quickly step up and collaborate with product and UI team to develop an excellent code for new features and enhance existing functionality

You would play an active and engaged role in team meetings and ceremonies, pairing up with principal engineers, product managers and agile coaches to understand requirements for iterative development and fast feedback.

Job Responsibilities

Design and deliver excellent visual experiences across web, mobile & desktop clients, scaling to large number of users.
Partner and work collaboratively with people across Product, Design, User Research and Engineering teams to deliver complex, large-scale projects.
Develop user facing features by translating graphical design and wireframes to an excellent written code.
Build reusable code and libraries to enable efficiency in building.
Document standards and ensure they are effectively implemented by the development teams and understood by cross functional teams.
Optimize code/application for best performance and scalability of our solutions serving global web, mobile and desktop clients.
Ensure your squad’s work is appropriately documented and adheres to company software standards that you will take an active part in shaping.
Mentor, coach and develop engineers in setting best coding practices and conducting code reviews and lead by example.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in building front end applications across web, mobile and desktop.
Strong experience in working and building micro-frontend applications.
Experience in designing and implementing exceptional user interfaces in HTML5, JavaScript and CSS
Experience in frameworks like Flutter/ReactJS/BackboneJS/AngularJS (React.js is a must, Flutter experience is advantageous).
Advantageous to have work experience on GraphQL.
Skilled in design patterns and architecture (DDD, BFF, Mobile and Web on the same code base, feature flags, etc.).
Excellent understanding on best practices for building cross browser and device independent interfaces.
Experience building fast and reusable, UI components under MVC or MVVM frameworks.
Advanced knowledge of Unit/integration/e2e testing with continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Experience working on cloud platforms. AWS with experience in AWS Lambda is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Excellent teamwork and coordination skills with ability to create clarity from ambiguity.

Salary: $140K-$160K
