Synergis Software has an immediate opportunity for a motivated Software Delivery Manager in our Software Development and Release Organization. In this role, you are critical to Synergis Software's customer value delivery and software release processes. This position is full-time, remote, and highly collaborative.

As a Software Delivery Manager, your role is part agile scrum master and part project manager. You aid the release team in managing efficient processes to envision, construct, and deliver Synergis Software solutions to market. As an individual, you are passionate about delivering value and delighting customers. As a professional, you excel at working with multiple teams to design, improve upon, and coordinate multi-track software delivery efforts that meet the business's goals.

You work closely with Product Managers, Development, Quality, and DevOps leads to promote inter-team collaboration and transparency. Professional Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant industry or equivalent industry experience
5 + years of proven project management and/or Scrum Master experience in an environment employing agile software development and release practices
Project Management certification such as PMP or equivalent desired
Scrum Master/Scrum at Scale certification desired
Experience working with offshore development teams
Demonstrated experience in Agile Software Development Methodologies
Experience in successful project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
Can react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently and is flexible during times of change
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Work with software release teams to structure and manage integrated, multi-track programs that meet business goals and key metrics, from ideation through launch
Play the role of day-to-day Scrum Master for up to two Delivery Teams, facilitating Scrum Ceremonies, impediment removal, and Agile maturity within these Teams
Facilitate cross-functional planning and plans across software delivery teams
Partner closely with Product Managers, Development, Quality, and DevOps to promote inter-team collaboration and transparency
Improve early identification and removal of impediments for software release teams
Work across all levels of the organization in pursuit of timely and effective solutions
Foster and promote transparency to all levels of the organization regarding the delivery status and risks by creating and distributing intuitive and straightforward visual representations of actual execution against plan execution
Champion and require continuous improvement in all aspects of software delivery, especially in processes and communication
Monitor and suggest resourcing and budgeting recommendations in a matrix organization
Drive regular retrospectives that result in insights and improvements for future efforts
