Job Title: HTML Developer

Job Description:

This role is with the Performance Education And Knowledge (PEAK) team that provides learning and education for our customers, partners, and employees.
Responsibilities:
Meet with content and technical teams to define requirements and propose and design a UI/UX experience to effectively empower users of PEAK subscriptions and professional certification programs.
Build customized HTML\HTML5 web pages in Intellum Exceed LMS enhancing the user learning experience through custom CSS, graphics, videos, and unique experiences through widgets or Javascript.
Respond to and address feedback on implementation of learning projects to improve the usability of developed pages.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years’ experience in the industry
Design and develop engaging HTML\HTML5 pages leveraging multiple sources including text, graphics, custom coded interactions, and video.
Familiar with UI/UX design principles
Experience with JavaScript and CSS required
Experience with Markdown or similar HTML embedded code editors a plus
Experience with learning management systems a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must provide samples of work
Requirements:* Preferred local candidates (Santa Clara, CA) but team is open to fully remote candidates.
* If Local, candidates should be willing to go onsite 1-2 days per week.
* If Remote, candidates should be willing to work PST hours – typically 8AM-5PM PST
* PORTFOLIO is required.
