As the core contributor to Levelโs user-facing web and mobile applications, you will often design and build new components from the ground up. You will also be the mentor for junior front-end engineers.ย ย \nย \nWhat you will do\nDrive the end-to-end software design and implementation on Levelโs customer-facing Web and mobile apps.\n\nProvide expertise and leadership on various technologies such as Web, Mobile apps, back-end business logicย with micro services and data lakes.ย \nDrive the end-to-end software design and implementation on Levelโs customer-facing Web and mobile apps.\nEnvision creative solutions that get the job done and communicate effectively around your vision to other stakeholders\nWork with a variety of technologies on various back-end components, including our APIs, services, databases, and serverless components\nCarefully balance the level of quality necessary for maintainability with the velocity necessary for an early-stage startup\nTranslate business requirements into engineering tasks which can be accurately estimated\nParticipate in customer research activities and incorporate insights into technical designs\nMaintain an owner mentality with each feature launch - always designing for customer feedback measurement\nEffectively work independently with minimal guidance\nAssist in hiring and the growth of Levelโs engineering team\nย \nWhat you will bringย \nYouโre a team player and are eager to contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team. You have a โget it doneโ attitude and will take ownership of growing Level from day one, including a willingness to lead your own team.
