Planet Technology has partnered with a Dallas based company to locate a Senior React Developer with experience in Sitecore and cloud technologies for a long-term contract position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, deep expertise in React.js, and experience integrating with Sitecore CMS. You will play a key role in building and optimizing scalable, high-performance web applications.
The position is 100% remote but preference will be given to candidates in the Dallas or Chicago areas.
ABSOLUTELY NO THIRD PARTY CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED REGARDING THIS ROLE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js.
Integrate React-based applications with Sitecore to create dynamic, personalized digital experiences.
Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and DevOps engineers.
Work with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to deploy and manage applications efficiently.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring application reliability and security.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in React, Sitecore, and cloud computing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in React.js development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS, including API integration and content management.
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), including deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture and performance optimization techniques.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
