Requirements
🔹 5+ years as a full-stack software engineer using .NET, React and Agile Scrum
🔹 Experience with Azure DevOps
🔹 Strong communication and collaboration skills
🔹 Experience mentoring and coaching other engineers
🔹 Experience with Peer Programming
