Our technology is built to directly rival platforms like Character.ai, and we’re looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to help shape our core architecture, scale aggressively, and impact millions of users globally. You’ll join a lean, driven team committed to technical excellence, autonomy, and rapid growth.
Role description
You’ll have direct ownership over critical technical decisions, architecture, and implementation. You will rapidly build, iterate, and ship key features, working closely with our founding team to scale a world-class conversational AI product to millions of users. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading architecture and development of scalable, product-ready applications.
- Rapidly prototyping and iterating AI-driven features in close collaboration with ML engineers.
- Owning projects end-to-end, from ideation and implementation to deployment and optimization.
Ideal candidate
- 5+ years building and deploying scalable full-stack systems.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong technical decision-making, excellent communication, and a clear sense of ownership.
- Driven by impact, eager to iterate quickly, and comfortable navigating rapidly changing technical requirements.
