The Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to help shape the future of how people find work they love.
You’ll join a small, product-driven team building a mobile-first experience powered by AI, clean design, and seamless integrations.
You’ll work closely with the founding team (ex-Amazon, ex-recruiter) to bring new features to life, optimize performance, and scale for growth as we prepare for launch.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Architect and develop end-to-end features across our React / React Native front-end and Python / PostgreSQL back-end.
- Build and refine scalable APIs powering our AI-driven recommendations and resume tailoring engine.
- Collaborate with design and product to create a beautiful, frictionless user experience.
- Integrate with third-party systems (ATS, HR tech APIs, analytics tools).
- Contribute to system design, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Experiment with ML tools and frameworks (if that’s your jam) to improve personalization and matching algorithms.
- Help shape engineering culture, best practices, and early architecture decisions.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer or equivalent role.
- Strong proficiency in React, React Native, Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), and PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar).
- Passion for building fast, user-first mobile experiences.
- A builder’s mindset — resourceful, collaborative, and excited about shipping.
- Bonus: Experience with machine learning, data pipelines, or AI tooling (OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc.).
