The main function of an L&D Development Specialist is to provide necessary support, including needs assessment, design, development and delivery of learning initiatives. The typical L&D Development specialist will guide the development of all training practices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Drafts and improves content for learning workshops.
• Facilitates feedback sessions on L&D workshop effectiveness.
• Participates actively and can knowledgeably articulate status of projects, interactions.
• Possesses the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
•Reports to L&D Manager as to progress and effectiveness of training and learning initiatives.
Skills:
• Experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development.
• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelors degree required. Master's degree preferred.
