Job Summary:
Frontier Communications is seeking an experienced IOS Developer with strong React Native expertise to support the development and enhancement of customer-facing and internal mobile applications. The role requires hands-on development in both native iOS and cross-platform frameworks, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
The ideal candidate will work closely with clients' digital, product, and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions for telecom customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mobile applications using Swift and React Native.
Design reusable components and libraries for cross-platform use.
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful / GraphQL APIs and backend services.
Work with UX/UI teams to implement responsive and accessible designs.
Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of mobile apps.
Conduct code reviews and follow Frontier s development standards.
Debug and resolve application issues across environments.
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Support app releases and deployments to the Apple App Store.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in iOS development.
Strong hands-on experience with Swift and iOS SDK.
3+ years of experience with React Native in production applications.
Solid experience with Redux / Context API.
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth authentication.
Knowledge of MVVM / MVC architecture patterns.
Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, analytics.
Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments.
Experience with automated testing tools (Jest, Detox, XCTest).
