The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with React, a solid understanding of UX/UI principles, and a commitment to clean, maintainable code. Experience leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js and TypeScript
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality user interfaces
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices (white coding standards)
Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards
Use AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor to enhance productivity
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and backend developers

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with React.js
Proficiency in TypeScript
Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles
Experience writing clean, readable, and maintainable code (white coding)
Familiarity with modern frontend development workflows and tools
Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX (local candidates only)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
