Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong exposure to React.js and reactive programming principles to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of modern web application projects. The ideal candidate bridges technical understanding with project leadership, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT projects involving React.js-based front-end applications.
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, backend teams, UX designers, and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and project milestones.
Ensure best practices in reactive programming, component-based architecture, and state management.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
Track progress using project management tools and provide regular status reports.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability standards are met.
Drive continuous improvement in development and delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in software development projects.
Strong understanding of React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and component-based UI development.
Hands-on knowledge of reactive programming concepts (e.g., RxJS, observables, event-driven architecture).
Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
