Job Description:
- Senior Frontend Engineer to lead a team of curious, diverse engineers and build modern user experiences in a highly autonomous, collaborative setting. BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, including 3+ years with React and TypeScript. Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem. Experience with frontend architecture patterns at scale (e.g., Micro Frontends) and monorepo tooling (e.g., Nx).
- Strong testing mindset, including unit/functional/integration testing. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in Agile delivery environments.
- Lead frontend delivery, setting a high bar for code quality, reliability, and user experience.
- Mentor engineers and drive best practices across architecture, testing, and documentation.
- Partner closely with product, UX, and backend teams to translate outcomes into scalable UI solutions. Establish strong engineering hygiene: pull request workflows, design reviews, and test automation.
- Promote responsible use of AI-assisted engineering (e.g., Copilot/agentic tools) to improve velocity and quality.
- REACT, TypeScript, Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystem, Micro Frontends, monorepo tooling (e.g., Nx),
- Strong testing mindset, including unit/functional/integration testing, GenAI and agentic tools (e.g., Copilot), Integrating LLM capabilities into engineered solutions is a plus, NGINX and modern deployment patterns, APIs and Microservices, AWS/Azure/Pivotal or similar, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins),
- Experience in fintech (Investment Banking or Capital Markets preferred)
