As a Frontend Software Engineer for Reset, you will be an integral part of the team that designs, builds, and innovates within Thrive’s Reset products. The Reset team delivers well timed interventions to take you from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic nervous system all within 60 seconds. Take a moment to enjoy one of our Thrive Resets.

The ideal candidate possesses a background in developing user-oriented interfaces associated with different content types and experience creating simple data reporting products. We need a kind and caring team player who takes responsibility for organizational outcomes and is ready to collaborate with Business, Product, and Technology partners.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience building scalable component libraries, design systems, and tools using JavaScript, TypeScript or ReactJS
• A combined passion for great user experience and API design
• Experience shipping high-quality products from start to finish
• Empathy, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work effectively with a team
• A desire to work closely with developers who depend on your libraries to deliver customer value
• An appreciation for the importance of good documentation – internal and external
• Attention to detail, especially around performance, accessibility, reliability, and security
  
  

How You'll Contribute

• Building user-facing experiences for Thrive Global to realize its vision to fight burnout globally with small, meaningful interventions. Take a complex (and stressful) workplace, like an oil rig, for example. When operators introduced safety moments (practical, context-dependent moments to focus on health and safety), it had a massive impact on worker health.
• Making it easy for customers to onboard with Thrive Global, engage their workforce, and use insights to inform decisions at a global scale.
• Building an extensible platform where it becomes easy to support additional Thrive Global features and tasks
• Developing micro-frontends using single-spa with TypeScript, React and GraphQL.

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $110,000-$150,000 range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity
