Manager of Client Services at Talener - I'm Hiring in NYC and Remote!

Our client is a tech-enabled e-commerce / subscription service with the mission of directly accelerating humanity’s transition to sustainable food systems. They are seeking a true, senior-level Frontend Engineer with expertise in Vue and problem-solving to build new features and enhancements to enable continued growth, improved customer experience and conversion.

Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer, eCommerce & Conversion: - VUE

Location: 100% Remote. Must be based in U.S. and comfortable working on ET hours.

Required Technology And Skills

5+ years of professional, hands-on Frontend engineering experience with expertise in Vue
Experience working in eCommerce and improving features related to conversions, SEO, accessibility, onboarding, re-activation, checkout
Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills. Understanding of the “WHY” in software development
Ability to contribute to architecture best practices and how to structure component styling
Experience/Ability partnering close with product, marketing, and representing the engineering team
Strong analytical thinker who values testing, A/B testing, etc.
Desire to be constantly learning
Start-up / entrepreneurial mind-set and desire to have a voice within engineering
Eye for UX and user interactions within eCommerce context

Additional Skills

Degree in Computer Science or related-field
Experience working within e-Commerce
Any PHP backend experience/knowledge
Leadership/Architecture experience
Desire to work for mission-driven organization

Salary Range: Target base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 (based on experience)
