With 3-5 years of experience under your belt, you are ready to bring Python programming to life for our Point of Sale (POS) solutions while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Besides Python, your toolkit also encompasses Java, C++, C# or NodeJS, enhancing our dynamic team’s strength.

We’re looking for a pro in Unix/Linux integration who loves diving into these environments to seamlessly integrate translated code for POS programs. But you don't just build - you also ensure code reliability and functionality through strategic testing efforts, including unit and integration tests. In addition, your troubleshooting skills help identify and resolve bugs, resulting in enhanced code quality and performance.

You'll be part of our code translation oversight team, ensuring that translated code aligns with program requirements. By analyzing translated programs, you'll identify those that need tweaking to maintain high code quality and performance standards. And together with our remarkable quality assurance (QA) teams, you'll ensure translated code passes all quality and acceptance checks.

Your skills won't go unnoticed during our code review sessions where you provide feedback and suggestions. An integral part of our knowledge transfer, you'll document vital code translation processes, methodologies, and decisions, ensuring organizational learning never turns stale.

Your academic background ideally includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Familiarity with data structures, knowledge of data normalization techniques, a solid understanding of software development best practices and good problem-solving skills are a must-have. NH But above all, it is your excellent teamwork and communication skills that set you apart.

Preferred skills? We appreciate exposure to remote on-prem deployments, troubleshooting, and support, familiarity with file-based data storage and retrieval, and knowledge of SQL for database development.
