We are working on a remote hands-on Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer role for our client based in Ohio. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver
Lead, mentor and foster a collaborative and iterative development process within the technical team
Be hands-on with software development alongside team
Participate as the technical lead in product discovery activities in collaboration with product managers and designers
Partner with business and transformation teams to create paths to scale new solutions that have proven to be successful experiments
Qualifications:
8+ years of software design and development experience
Able to define, design, implement complex, and scalable systems
Experience in Java Programming and application development
Experience with agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Experience in building products with Full stack technologies
