Job Description:

Talent Groups is seeking a Lead React Engineer to join an enterprise financial organization based in Beaverton, Oregon. We are looking for a candidate who is front-end focused, possesses strong React and React Native skills, and has a passion for mentorship and adhering to best practices. The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas:

• Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor front-end engineers, offering guidance on coding standards, best practices, engineering solutions, patterns, and troubleshooting.

• Collaboration: Work closely with designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive and interactive web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in React, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end libraries/frameworks, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing prior projects.

• Azure Cloud Development: Essential experience in cloud development is a nice to have. Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools (such as Repos, Pipelines, etc.) is also necessary.
