Job Title: Full Stack Engineer
Location: Remote
Target Salary: $100k-$160k
Top Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in full stack development.
- Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, supported by a strong project portfolio.
- Expertise in React.js for front-end development and Go (Golang) for back-end development.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud services with hands-on experience in application deployment and management.
- Proficiency in working with databases (both SQL and NoSQL), web servers, and UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working effectively in both remote and in-person team settings.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications utilizing React.js and Go (Golang).
- Collaborate with product and design teams to transform requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features.
- Develop and implement robust back-end services and APIs to enhance web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Apply best practices in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), with a focus on automation and infrastructure as code.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in web development, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and ongoing learning within the engineering team.
