Key Responsibilities
We are product-obsessed. Everything we create needs to be better than any existing version of it on the market - and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that standard is upheld.
- Manage the end-to-end development process of significant product features, including frontend, backend, architecture, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
- Participate in all stages of product development, from ideation to launch
- Shape the ethos, principles, and methodologies of an expanding engineering department
- Guide and support junior engineers in their professional growth
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and release new product functionalities and user experiences
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in both BE and FE stack is a MUST
- Proven history of delivering outstanding products and features for large-scale use
- Willingness to work hard
