Experienced Material UI React Web Application Software Developer

We are a startup, expanding our team & looking for an experienced remote, part time #software #developer.

Qualifications and prior experience(2+ years) in material ui, #react, #javascript & Amplify (Studio, Library, Cli) are necessary for this position. Experience in AppSync & DynamoDB are a bonus.

The right candidates will be willing to stay with this unique #businessopportunity for the long term. Because of the early stage in the business cycle, you will be given equity stake in the company as a result as opposed to cash.

Responsibilities Include:

Work a minimum of 8 hours a week (No set hours and not during your full-time, "day" job)

Work with stakeholders to help design UI/UX to fulfill business needs

Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements

Maintain existing React system, including fixing bugs

Work with backend developers to design and develop updates to full stack system for meeting business requirements

Experience and Skills we are looking for:

#React: 2+ years’ experience

#JavaScript: 2+ years’ experience

#Amplify (Studio, Library, Cli): 1+ years’ experience

An understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle

Proficiency in Material UI, HTML and CSS

Familiarity with common programming tools such as IDEs, RESTful/graphql APIs, version control software, task management, and automated CI/CD pipelines
