Responsibilities:

Work closely with our CTO, Product, and Design teams to prioritize and build out product features
Participate in all stages of product development from ideation to launch
Discover and understand emerging to add value to our users' technical innovations across web3, and ideate on how these can be utilized

Front-End Requirements:

3+ years of experience working as a Frontend engineer
2+ years of experience working with React (or React Native) using TypeScript.
Experience integrating the front end with REST and GraphQL-based services.
Experience using Redux, React Query, or similar framework for state management
Experience working with UX/UI/Product designers.
Ability to translate designs and wireframes to high-quality code using a design system.
Know how to optimize a web-based frontend for performance speed and scalability.
Know how to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Understands and has worked with Agile development practices.
Analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a good sense of design.

Nice to Have:

Knows how to implement CI/CD practices by applying feature flagging and other enabling strategies.
Knows how to apply and use analytical frameworks such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
Knows how to apply Domain Driven Design principles.
Understand the web3 echo systems and concepts.
Understand and have worked with Ethereum and smart contracts.
Understand and have implemented CRM systems.

Back-End Requirements:

3+ years of experience working as a Backend engineer
2+ years of experience with Node.js
Experience designing and expressing services in GraphQL and Rest.
Experience designing data models and using data stored in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience designing data models and using data stored in document-oriented databases such as MongoDB.
Experiences using caching technology such as Redis.
Know how to optimize backends for performance speed and scalability.
Know how to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Understands and has worked with Agile development practices.
Analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience using the Python programming language.
Experience implementing bots in communication platforms such as telegram.
Know how to implement CI/CD practices by applying feature flagging and other enabling strategies.
Know how to implement CI/CD pipelines deploying a cloud platform such as AWS or GCP.
Know how to apply Domain Driven Design principles.
Know how to design and implement a microservices architecture.
Understand the web3 echo systems and concepts.
Understand and have worked with Ethereum and smart contracts.
Understand and have implemented CRM systems.
