Overview

Our self-paced, app-delivered CBT program and our virtual therapy program combine digital tools with human care. As a Senior ReactJS developer on the mobile team, you drive the design and development of core components consumable both on web as well as mobile devices via React Native. You enjoy working closely with product managers, engineers, designers and clinicians to predictably deliver on major initiatives. You help foster an environment of mutual respect and empathy as well as engineering excellence in a remote-first, highly-distributed team.

What You'll Do

Write readable and testable code across all layers of the stack. At AbleTo, we use JavaScript/Typescript/ReactJS
Implement well-designed, custom user interfaces as reusable React components consumable on both web as well as mobile devices via React Native
Analyze and optimize code to improve overall app performance and stability
Raise the quality bar for each release through well-tested code and collaborative code review
Quickly evaluate new patterns / services using coding spikes
Enhance coding standards, developer documentation, and knowledge transfer to colleagues
Identify accessibility and UX risks and drive their remediation
Facilitate deployments of our Android App in the Google Play Store
Guide the implementation of our backend API and influence core architectural decisions

Experience

4+ years experience with Javascript and ReactJS
2+ years experience with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with full-stack web development using secure, containerized applications
Experience working with APIs and microservices architecture
Experience creating clean, reusable backend services
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (nice to have)
Experience with React Native (nice to have)
Familiarity with mobile development - this role will include utilizing React components on mobile devices via React Native

The salary range is $80,000 to $150,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, AbleTo offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
