Job Details:

Job Title SharePoint Sr. Dev (5+ years of experience)

Roles/Responsibilities (5 – 8 day to day candidate’s responsibilities)

Experience in providing solution design and implementation for Microsoft Modern Workplace development/SharePoint Online (mandatory)
Experience in SPFx, Angular JS/React JS / PowerShell, Graph APIs, PnP (mandatory)
Has some experience in leading development teams
Experience in Power Platform Development (PowerApps & PowerAutomate. Power BI is a plus)
Experience SharePoint Migrations (On-Premise to Cloud, O365 Tenant to Tenant), with the modernization of classic pages, workflow, InfoPath with the latest technologies. (nice to have)
Has experience in defining solutions based on detailed customer requirements
SharePoint Pre-Migration/Post Migration Knowledge of, ShareGate, Metalogix, AvePoint (nice to have)
Extensive experience in Microsoft Conditional Access, Information Protection, Information Governance (nice to have)
Expert in configuration, troubleshooting, and support of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business
Experience working in highly regulated industries
Excellent communication and organizational skills and staying focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.
Experience in Azure Cloud Engineering and its best practices.
Skilled at working in parallel with a team of developers, or alone as required
SharePoint Out of box features - OOTB web parts, Complex List Configurations, Custom Permissions
Search Concepts and Configuration knowledge
Code governance/review
Gather and document function requirements, convert Business Requirement Specifications to Functional Specification Document
Ability to define the information architecture and Taxonomy term store at the enterprise level
Expertise in the administration of SharePoint online tenant
Site Collection and Site restructuring
Researching, analyzing, and recommending solutions to meet current and future business needs
Troubleshooting critical Platform issues
Agile / Scrum
Remedy Support knowledge

Nice to have skill sets:

Programming using AWS, Azure Services
Connecting to Azure using different Authentication mechanisms
Understanding of Information Architecture
O365 Services – Planner, MS Forms, Teams, Delve, Yammer
Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework
Azure LogicApps/Microservices Concepts
Scripted Installation and Configuration of complex SharePoint farms & SQL environments

Required Qualifications (5 – 8 bullet points on must-have skills) • Sound knowledge of SharePoint OOTB features and Server Object Model for custom development

Experience in developing and customizing Business Connectivity Services, Master Pages, Apps, Page Layouts, User Store, Web Parts, Windows Workflow Foundation, SharePoint Ribbon, etc.
Experience in building responsive websites using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap
Good understanding of Angular/React and Knockout
Extensive experience designing and developing applications using CRUD operations to support a large-scale web-based solution.
Experience in RESTful Web Services, JSON, and XML
Knowledge of Search Optimization and Analytics (nice to have)
Architecture and design of SharePoint implementations using best practices
Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows
Knowledge of 3rd Party tools like Nintex, Sharegate, and AvePoint (nice to have)
SharePoint Online specific: Understanding of other MS Cloud Services: Yammer, MS Teams, MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, and MS Planner
Sound knowledge on RESTful Web Services, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Azure, Teams, BOT framework, Node, SPFx

Nice to have skill sets:

Experience with SQL programming
