🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Define and execute a tech strategy that’s tightly aligned with business goals.
Lead architecture, development, R&D, and the entire digital ecosystem—from applications to infrastructure.
Guide cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and IT pros.
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready.
Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI, ML, and personalization tools.
Collaborate with teams across the business—Product, DevOps, Security, Compliance, Finance—you name it.
Set best practices across the board: architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, data, and more.
Manage tech budgets wisely and build strategic vendor relationships.
Stay plugged into trends, tech shifts, and regulations that shape the industry.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

10+ years in tech leadership, ideally in enterprise, travel, e-commerce, or hospitality.
Hands-on experience in building cloud-native platforms and leading large-scale development teams.
Strong command of software engineering best practices and modern stacks.
Must-have: expertise in Node.js, React, AWS, Azure, GCP, and a track record with AI & ML.
A natural leader with sharp business instincts and top-notch communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related.
