As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will work alongside a group of talented engineers as you pursue a broad range of initiatives / customer journeys. By leveraging your technical skills in array of technologies with thirst for innovation, you will produce disruptive products / platforms that will ensure Customers & Colleagues success and help accelerate Citizens’ market leadership.

Build best in class customer journeys that are specially designed for our Servicing Agents & Branch Colleagues to provide exceptional customer experience and accelerate business productivity. Also, optimize the on-prem legacy applications footprint, decommission old applications and build the new customer journeys using modern technologies in the cloud environment.

Designing, modifying, developing, and implementing technology solutions; building modern, architecturally sound components, tools, and applications to meet mission-driven strategic business goals.
Develop new user-facing features using React.js and translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
Build reusable cross platform components, front-end libraries, and back-end API's
Produce architectural diagrams and specifications in collaboration with other product and technical teams.
Produce unit and automation test coverage.
Contributes to design, development, troubleshooting, deploying, and documenting software and systems that meet the needs of business.
Function as an active member of an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation).

This enterprise-wide, strategic program is a multi-year project. This will be delivered using Agile methodology in multiple phases. The scrum teams will follow Agile Scrum, methodologies daily and work closely with the Experience Owners, Technology Leaders, Business Partners, and other Engineering Teams to build new customer journeys and One Servicing platform. The Team will follow the bank’s sprint calendar, participate in sprint planning, daily stand up and sprint retrospective meetings.
