Hello! I work for a company called ClearSparc, a small but mighty team of web engineers dedicated to creating impactful software for government and non-profit organizations, with a focus on safeguarding the environment. We're driven by purpose and committed to building solutions that matter.

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. This is a 3-month contract until December 31st, 2024, with an opportunity to extend based on your performance and our client's needs. You’ll be working on critical web applications that help a government agency serve the public more effectively, making a real difference in environmental regulation with software. You’ll be part of a small, highly collaborative team where your contributions have a direct impact on project success.

The job is fully remote but we like to get together for team lunches every month or so, so we prefer someone in the greater Seattle area. We are headquartered in Everett, WA.

Our work schedule is actually nine nines, we work 9 hours a day and take every other Friday off.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using C# and .Net Core in the backend and Angular on the frontend. We use an azure hosted SQL server as the database
Collaborate with project managers, the QA team, and other developers
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for various applications
Troubleshoot and debug code

Requirements

Experience with C# (.Net Core), Typescript, and Angular is required, but candidates with strong experience in one of these areas and a willingness to learn the others are welcome to apply
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with version control systems (GIT preferred)
Knowledge of SQL databases
Ability to work on both front-end and back-end development tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
