Role:

Endeavor Streaming is looking for a Senior development manager of CTV applications to join our application development team. This person will lead a group of senior developers to serve our tier one customers and accelerate the growth of our agency business.

Manage local and oversea teams that are on different time zones.
Review programmers’ code, identify problems and suggest solutions for the resolution of coding issues.

React / javascript experience on Connected TV's required

Responsibilities:

At least 5 years of professional software development experience in application development on application with a strong bias for quality and engineering excellence. Experienced with large scale development projects involve multiple team members.

Deep knowledge of some or all of following areas: analyze, design, and implement new features/functionality primarily using the following technologies: React, React Native, Swift, Objective-C, Node JS. Java, and BrightScript,
Knowledge and experience in developing connected device platforms like tvOS, Android TV, Amazon TV, web, React Native, Roku,
Experience with video stream technologies, DRM, video streaming common issue debugging, tuning.
Strong working experience with video advertisement solutions/technologies, client and/or server side.
Experience on Application performance tuning, debugging, troubleshooting.
Good sense on UI/UX.
Strong experience and knowledge with application security best practices, technics,
Experience and enthusiasm for taking ownership of complex technical issues.

Desirable:

Experience with platforms like Xbox/Playstation/Samsung/LG, or any of set-top-boxes.
