Position Overview:

We’re looking for a talented, USA-based Website Developer with strong expertise in Shopify Plus and WordPress. This remote role is perfect for someone who values independence, high-quality work, and a long-term collaboration without the constant hunt for new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Enhancements: Implement various UI/UX improvements to elevate client websites.
Performance Optimization: Enhance site speed and overall performance through regular updates and theme upgrades.
A/B Testing: Develop and deploy A/B tests using platforms like Convert.com (or similar tools) to optimize conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work directly with our team to deliver tailored solutions that align with our clients’ goals.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Core Expertise: Proficiency in Shopify Plus and WordPress is a must.
Additional Tools: Experience with Hubspot, Framer, Unbounce, or similar tools is a plus.
A/B Testing: Proven background in A/B test development and conversion optimization. We use convert.com primarily, so experience with said platform or similar is an asset.
Direct Engagement: We’re seeking a contractor who works independently—not as an agency or through subcontracting—to ensure reliability and direct communication.
