Available Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM

Pay & Benefits:

$16-22 an hour based on experience plus commission

Requirements:

At least 5+ years customer service and/or call center experience.
Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
Excellent communication skills both verbal warn written
Excellent and confident customer support skills and positive disposition
Ability to handle high call volume
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Provide exceptional customer service/Quality of Care

Tasks include, But Not Limited To:

Identify, research, and resolve customer questions
Schedule customer appointments based on availability
Provide customers with basic information regarding the nature of our business
