Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with personnel at all levels to design and develop innovative and high value solutions
Provide level of effort needed to address the need
Break down the deliverable into stories or tasks that can be executed and implemented within sprints. Provide appropriate level of detail necessary to bring transparency on how the need will be addressed
Create, update and present design diagrams, data flow diagrams and other relevant documents that helps bring clarity to the proposed solution
Develop and deliver high-quality, low-defect features on committed schedule.
Ensure unit, integration and automated tests are created to meet the high-quality standards
Engage with other developers to review code, ensure quality, consistency and share knowledge
Present the progress made on the solution to stakeholders and team
Provide support for production issues
Other items as assigned

Qualifications Knowledge & Skill:

Proven agile development experience
Strong Communication Skills
Experience in microservices or micro application development approach
10-15 years of experience in web based application development using C#, SQL Server, Oracle
MVC, Single page app(SPA) using web frameworks like Blazor, Angular, Vue, React
1-2 years of experience in web based application development in .net core
Dapper, EF Core
Experience using Azure cloud artifacts
Power BI

Education:

Baccalaureate degree. Preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS/CIS

Experience:

10-15 years of IT development experience
