Software Engineer Lead

US-REMOTE

As a Senior Software Engineering Lead you will be leading a talented team of Software Engineers in the development of a modern React/Python-based system. You will be working alongside our passionate engineering, data science and product teams to develop and deliver game-changing technology. You will set the standard for our software development.

Qualifications

Experience with Enterprise-scale web development, especially for the talent acquisition industry or a marketplace/e-commerce platform
5 years+ experience with Python development
Experience developing for cloud environments (GCP preferred but not required)
Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL-style data stores and ElasticSearch or other similar search engines
Experience with web development using React or similar JS frameworks
A strong command of security techniques for protecting REST-based web services and applications
Familiarity with performance analysis tools and techniques for identifying bottlenecks and optimizing software execution
Experience with agile development and the agile lifecycle
