About the Team

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who understands this culture and will thrive within a team of people passionate about doing their best work while growing professionally.

Most important skills to have:

5+ years of experience in software development in an agile environment.
You have an exceptional understanding of Drupal 7 application development including module development, hook system, drush, updatedb and strong understanding of how core modules and tables work.
You understand where and how to leverage application and edge caching through Redis and CDNs such as fast.ly.
You have strong experience with relational databases and optimizing queries in MySQL.
You have deployed node apps in lambda’s, via CDK or Serverless.
You have experience with containers, preferably Docker.
You write well designed, testable, and efficient code.
A team player who values a true collaborative environment.
A passion and curiosity for creating and building things.
Prior experience working in a distributed remote team.

Nice to have:

You have experience with NoSQL, preferably Mongo
Experience with serverless paradigms
Experience with Node.js development
Experience with front end JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js, Angular).
Experience working within a continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) environment
Experience building and scaling RESTful web services.
Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code) Kubernetes and Terraform
Experience working with AWS and GCP

Proactive attitude

Compensation Range:

Annual salary: $100,000 - $180,000, commensurate with talent and experience.
