COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

Base Salary: $90,000 - 125,000 (USD Annually)
- The salary range will be based on your experience and cost of living.
Annual Bonus:
- We also offer an annual bonus with a target of 12% of the base salary based on our company hitting company-wide goals.

7+ years of professional software product development experience, at least one product shipping experience required
5 years of professional experience working with React
2 years of professional experience working with Redux or state management libraries
Advanced understanding of web application best practices, architecture and testing
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experienced with Agile/Scrum concepts and experience working in an Agile environment
Strong communication skills to interface with product owners, stakeholders, and team members
Confident working with modern development tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, .etc
Understanding of HTML5/CSS
A strong desire to learn new technologies
Experience modeling and orchestrating state through a server & database
Experience architecting user authentication and authorization

EXTRA CREDIT:

Expertise with the following technologies will be a plus: .NET standard, SQL-Azure, Java, Swift, C# cross-platform development
Evolve the full-stack architecture for Microsoft Advertising Rich Clients to optimize for reliability and performance of the entire system
