Responsibilities:

AI Tool Development: Design and develop AI tools for Quontira and Stravyx.
Web Application: Develop and maintain web applications.
Full-Stack Development: Implement and maintain both backend and frontend systems.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all applications comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly in healthcare and education sectors.
Project Management: Manage development timelines using Agile methodologies to meet project goals and deadlines.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, and other team members to align technical development with business objectives.
Testing and Refinement: Conduct thorough testing of applications and refine based on user feedback.
Troubleshoot: Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
Performance: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), frontend (React, Angular), backend (Node.js, Django), and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
Domain Knowledge: Experience in developing applications for healthcare and education sectors.
Project Management: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Problem Solving Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Full-Stack Development experience (2-5 years)
Proficiency in Python programming (2-5 years)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) (2-3 years)
Experience with RESTful APIs (2-3 years)

Compensation:

Initial Compensation (2024): Equity and profit-sharing opportunities, with detailed terms to be discussed.
Transition to Salaries: Salaries will commence once the company reaches a predetermined revenue milestone of $100,000 or by January 2025, whichever comes first.
Proposed Salary (starting Jan 2025): Annual Salary: $78,000 - $100,000
Equity Offered: 2% - 5% equity with a 4-year vesting schedule (1-year cliff).
