Multifaceted SaaS firm in the media space is hiring a senior front-end engineer for its R&D team in Vienna, Virginia(full remote with hybrid option). This person will join an exclusive 10 person group of software engineers, data scientists and analysts who are collaborating on numerous green dev projects, predominately focused on the prevention of high-level crime. The ideal candidate will be a polyglot programmer adept with data-intensive systems and advanced UI development preferably with Vue/Vuetify.

Must Haves:

- Bachelors degree in related field

- Proficient with front-end tools: Vue, Typescript, or react

- Background with Java/Spring Boot

- In depth knowledge of javascript

- Experience with advanced UI development and component enhancement

- Experience with SQL and ideally NoSQL DB's

Great to have:

- Masters degree/PHD in related field

- Experience optimizing and modernizing Vuetify build processes

- Experience with SCSS or similar styling tools and methodologies

- Containerization experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes

- Background with Microservice architecture

- Background with AI frameworks and LLM's

- Experience with Big data technologies like Snowflake or Redshift

- Active with open-source projects and/or github
