The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

You have an interest in crypto, data, finance, or trading. In addition, you’re excited to work in a startup environment where there are always new projects and challenges. You will have the opportunity to learn different functional areas of the business working side-by-side with the founders and business partners.

Location: New York City Preferred (remote within North America possible)

Responsibilities

Work with the product team on bringing new features and products to life as part of our institutional SigDev Terminal
Opportunities to own greenfield projects from ideation to delivery
Guide and lead other developers on the team

Requirements

Strong experience in Ruby on Rails and Vue (or comparable frameworks, such as Laravel, React, etc)
Previous experience working with data-intensive applications (applies to both backend and frontend experience)
An obsessive attention to detail
Ability to quickly iterate together with the product, design, research, and data science teams
Previous role serving as a player-coach for a growing web development team
Strong autonomy and ability to execute based on high-level business direction and project scope to take it from start to finish
An appreciation for keeping it simple and shipping quickly

Nice to Have

Interest in crypto/web3 or trading
Experience with financial data applications
A preference for TailwindCSS
