Position Overview

As a Mobile Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting outstanding experiences for our client’s customers. Working within a small, dynamic team, you’ll play a foundational role in the engineering group, contributing directly to the company’s mission and success.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a leading university in the US, Canada, or the UK.
Professional Experience: Proven experience at companies known for their strong engineering culture.
Impactful Track Record: History of building products that generated measurable business results. We're eager to learn how your contributions have driven success.
Effective Communication: Strong, direct communication style. We value clear, candid, solution-oriented professionals who can articulate their perspectives effectively.
Startup Mindset: Clear motivation for joining an early-stage startup, such as equity potential, fast-paced learning, and accelerated career growth.
Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mobile applications in React Native (hands-on React Native experience is essential).
Manage the full software development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, and technical support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product and engineering objectives.
Drive improvements in engineering infrastructure.
Participate in refining the recruiting process and conducting technical interviews.
Mentor and support team members.
Build and maintain front-end and back-end software.
