The Marketing Sites Team is seeking a skilled Sr. Front-End Developer with extensive experience in Next.js, React, and a strong foundation in traditional web technologies like HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Your expertise will be crucial in building high-quality, branded marketing websites for a diverse and expanding portfolio of internal brands. The work you do will enhance the public perception of our brands and positively impact the experience of thousands of customers who visit our sites daily.

You're a fit if...

You have 4+ years of experience in front-end development.
You can demonstrate advanced proficiency in next.js and its principles
You can demonstrate advanced proficiency in React and its principles
You are an expert with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and modern front-end build tools
You possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
You are capable of crafting pixel-perfect UIs
You have experience with CMS platforms
You are comfortable working closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient development process.
You are proactive and demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions, balancing immediate needs and future considerations.
You are proficient in performance optimization using tools and practices.
You have outstanding mentorship skills, with a commitment to helping others grow through sharing knowledge and expertise through pair programming, documentation, and technical discussions.

Our Hiring Process has 3 levels:

A phone interview with a Lead, Manager, or Director to chat about the company, position, and most importantly, learn more about you. We’ll contact you after to schedule the next round of interviews or let you know if we don’t think you’re the right fit.
A panel interview with a manager or Lead, Director of Design, and fellow designer. We will ask you questions relating to your skillset and general questions to assess communication skills and how well you align with our core values.
A final interview with the VP of Design. We follow up with an offer or let you know if we feel that you aren't the right fit.

Remote Work Qualifications
