About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to join our team for a base salary of $90,000-$110,000 commensurate with experience.

Technical Skills:

Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack web applications using JavaScript, Typescript, and related technologies
Develop and maintain backend services in Python
Design and implement database schemas and queries using NoSQL databases.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in full-stack web development using JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, including React
An ability to adapt and learn new technologies on the fly.
The engineering team does not exist in a silo. You will be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical members of the team - as well as to external clients or partners.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position. We also have a flex day on Friday - No meetings or due dates.
We launch all of our technology projects on time. We work 9am-5pm CT. We’ll occasionally opt into lengthier hours when we’re approaching a critical launch to maintain our 100% rate of launching on time.
