To flourish in this role you must have:

A passion for technology

We expect that in the role of Back End Developer, you have solid experience in Python and that you have a range of projects in production and have plenty of experience in their maintenance.

Great problem-solving skills

You'll work together with our small cross-functional team in a fast-paced but relaxed environment, turning ideas into reality quickly. You’ll be contributing to the product (and company) development far beyond backend development, in our open, collaborative and silo-less manner. We are always looking for ways to improve the UX and everyone is invited to question and throw in ideas - and find optimal solutions to any problems we encounter.

Server and general infrastructure maintenance

A key role will be the monitoring and maintenance of our servers. You will have experience in load balancers, workers and server monitoring tools. It will be your job to ensure we have minimum downtime. In addition, we hope that you have a good knowledge of server and data security, and how to mitigate any potential attacks.

Growth mindset and shared purpose

You need to have a passion for wellbeing and strong drive to expand your competences and boldly tackle new challenges. You will be working closely with our international team across disciplines. You need great communication skills in English and humble attitude to learn from one another.
