HIRING: Principal Front End Developer - 80% FE, 20% BE (React / Typescript / Python)

This specific client is a well respected SaaS company in the healthcare sector, Series-B, VC backed with over $100 million in funding from from the nations most recognised and respected investors. They have over 150 people on the team, and they are looking to hire a key player in this growth. They have exceptionally strong market traction and are poised to continue to expand in the new year, in a big way.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU:
The person hired for this role will bring a strong background as a Lead / Principal / Staff or "Hands-On" Manager level Full Stack developer, with a strong emphasis on the Front End. If hired, you will work both as an IC and a lead / guide for a small team of devs, and you will serve as a "players coach", meaning you will wear many hats, including work as a developer, a technical / strategic leader, and even as architect at times. If hired, you will help oversee quality documentation, delegation, strategy and important application scalability initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
My client is looking for folks who bring the following to the table:
- 7+ years of experience working as an Full Stack Developer (React / Typescript / Python)
- A strong emphasis in working on the Front End
- Experience working with a Series B or later startups, with a deep understanding of engineering problems and solutions, at scale, and through scaling initiatives
- Experience leading / guiding development teams as a full stack technical leader
LOCATION
Our client is a remote first company. They have developers all across the US, and welcome candidates from anywhere in the US.
SALARY
The target salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000, plus a strong benefits and equity package.
