Project description
- Transform our Airtable wayang Kulit shadow puppet database (images and structured metadata) into an interactive, web-based platform
- Create multiple views: map-based, genealogical, and individual character pages
- Implement a content management system for easy updates by our staff
Key Features
- Genealogical View: Create an interactive family tree or relationship visualization that allows navigation through character relationships (Example)
- Character Pages: Individual pages for each of the 200+ puppets that include photos, biographical info, and linked relationships that highlight connections between characters (e.g., mother, father, siblings, spouse)
- Content Management: Implement a system for easy updates and the creation of custom collections (e.g., characters for specific performances)
- Mobile and Desktop Friendly: Site must be optimized for both mobile and desktop
- Ability to expand with map views relating to character's associated kingdoms and integration into story elements
