UI/UX Analyst

As a UI/UX Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development and modernization of enterprise systems for one of our public sector clients. This role focuses on leveraging modern design principles to transition legacy systems to a user-friendly, accessible, and high-performing interface. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for complex software solutions in a public sector project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the modernization of a legacy application.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with public sector standards and regulations.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals, technical requirements, and compliance standards.
- Integrate various systems and technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and design standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly those relevant to the public sector.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX-related issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to public services.
- Ensure the accessibility, performance, and scalability of user interfaces, with a focus on protecting sensitive public sector data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Analyst or similar role.
- Extensive experience with user interface design and user experience analysis.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with front-end technologies, specifically:
- HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks
- REACT JavaScript
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other design tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Certified Usability Analyst).
- Previous experience with legacy application modernization projects in the public sector.
