VP of Software Engineering
BlockTal is partnered with one of the most innovative companies in the iGaming & web3 space. A Series A entertainment organization focused creating a cutting-edge platform that integrates blockchain technology and cryptocurrency payments into an online community and gambling experience.
We’re searching for a hands on VP of Engineering to take the lead in shaping the technical vision, driving engineering efforts, and optimizing third-party integrations.
You will:
- Define and execute the technical strategy.
- Lead the development of high-performance platforms utilizing modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies.
- Build and mentor engineering teams.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of
- exceptional gaming products.
- Optimize architectures for seamless integrations with third-party providers, including
- payment gateways, game suppliers, and data platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a senior engineering role, ideally as a Head of Engineering or as a VP.
- Expertise in frontend (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) and backend (Golang, Node.js, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of large-scale distributed systems.
Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000+ annual base salary, plus equity, potential bonuses, and incentives.
