Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new user-facing features, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including back-end engineers, product managers, and designers to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in front-end development.
- Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across devices and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks, and proactively introduce new tools and practices to the team.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Expertise in modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, APIs) and ServiceNow platform / UI Builder / UI-Component / Seismic is a plus.

Compensation
- $130k - $150k annual salary based on experience
