I'm working with an early stage AI start-up in the behavioural space, that are looking for a Frontend Developer / UX Designer to join their rapidly growing team. They have a big year planned in 2025, as they're significantly looking to grow the team and scale their operations, so this hire is critical for them.
Ideally, this individual has a technical background and has since segued into UX Design and is looking to work at an impactful, agile, fast-growing start-up.
Responsibilities:
- Developing an easy-to-use note-editing interface that allows smooth review and modification of AI-generated content
- Creating a flexible patient dashboard that adjusts to various clinical workflows
- Designing engaging onboarding experiences that progressively introduce features to new users
- Designing innovative billing and prescription workflows, setting new standards in the industry
- Creating responsive designs that deliver a seamless experience across all devices
- Building scalable component systems that can be applied across multiple product features
Requirements:
- Proficient in TypeScript, React, and cutting-edge frontend development techniques
- Experienced in building sophisticated, interactive web applications
- Strong understanding of UX principles and industry best practices
- Skilled in rapid prototyping and iterative development processes
- Passionate about tackling complex research challenges and simplifying them into intuitive solutions
- Experienced in conducting user research and collecting customer feedback
- Ability to think systemically and create scalable component libraries
- Knowledgeable in frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards
